Warehouse Slotting Analysis
Using the slotting strategies developed in the WVPlanner process, BCI Consulting Services will:
Assess current slotting allocation and strategies.
Review current effect of slotting on warehouse operations.
Warehouse Auditing Automation
Upon completion of the Slotting Strategy Configuration, BCI Consulting Services will create WVAuditor procedures in order to provide continual review of the slotting strategy and productivity so that changes can be made as needed.
Project implementation
Generation of reports and/or labels as required for the product alignment into the new area. Creation of project progress reports. Collaboration for creation of custom reports as required by the customer. Generation of project progress reports. Initial creation of special reports as required by the customer.
Interface into the host ERP/WMS system
Configure WVAuditor to import and export information via flat files (.txt). Setup WVAuditor to import and export files via customer database.
Maintenance
Configuration to provide user selected maintenance tasks via printed worksheets. Configuration of dashboard charts.
